Mr. Yeung Lui-ming has been the Chief Financial Officer since Janaury 2024 and Director since 2023 of the company. Prior to this, he also served as Vice Chairman of Deloitte China from 2021 to 2023 and as National Managing Partner of Financial Advisory for Deloitte China from 2013 to 2021. Mr. Lui-ming also serves as a director in various subsidiaries of the company and has more than 32 years of professional experience in corporate finance advisory, transaction services, and strategic restructuring knowledge.

Mr. Chan Ying-lung has been the Director and Chief Investment Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Investment Director and General Manager of Henderson (China) Investment Co Ltd from 2014 to 2021; Director of China Harmony Auto Holding Ltd; Head of Private Equity for China Merchants Securities (HK) Co Ltd, Vice President of CCB International Asset Management Ltd and as a Research Analyst at China Everbright Research Ltd. Mr. Ying-lung has more than 20 years of professional experience in investments and research.

Mr. Peter Wong Wai-yee has been the Managing Director since 2022 and Director since 2013 for the company. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Managing Director of the company from 2021 to 2022 and as Financial Controller of the company. Mr. Wai-yee currently also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Towngas Smart Energy Co Ltd; Director and Vice Chairman of Shenzhen Gas Corporation Ltd; and Director and Vice Chairman of Foran Energy Group Co Ltd. He has more than 47 years of experience in corporate finance, management, and international working experience.

Mr. Zhou Heng-xiang has been the Chief Operating Officer of Gas Resources at the company since 2023. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President and Vice President at the company. He was also the Head of strategic planning at the company. Mr. Heng-Xiang was also the General Manager for Suzhou and Zhejiang District. He also worked as the General Manager for Greater Suzhou District. Previously, he worked as the General Manager of Suzhou Towngas China Company Limited

Mr. Martin Kee Wai-ngai has been the Chief Operating Officer of Mainland Utilities at the company since 2022. Prior to this, he was the Executive Director and the Chief Operating Officer – Gas Business at the company. He was also the Executive Vice President of Hong Kong & China Gas Investment Limited. Currently, he serves as the Vice Chairman of Anhui Province Natural Gas and Director of Changchun Gas Co Ltd.
