Chairman Executive BoardMr. Henry Tay Yun Chwan has been the Chairman of the company since 1987. Prior to this, he served as the Vice-Chairman of Community Chest from 1994 to 2000 and as a Committee Member from 1992 to 1994. Earlier, he also served as a board member of the Singapore Tourism Board and Patron of Singapore Kennel Club. Mr. Henry was the Founder President of the Hong Kong Singapore Business Association from 1994 to 2000.
