The Link Real Estate Investment Trust: Executives

Mr. George Kwok Lung Hongchoy has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the trust since 2010. He also serves as Director of The Link Holdings Limited, Link Properties Limited and The Link Finance Limited.

Mr. Kok Siong Ng has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the trust since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Chief Corporate Development Officer and Group Chief Digital Officer at CapitaLand Limited; Chief Financial Officer at CapitaMalls Asia Limited; at CapitaLand Limited. He also served as Director at CapitaLand Retail China Trust Management Limited and CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd.

Mr. Gregory Robert Chubb has been the Chief Operating Officer for international of the trust since April 2022. Previously, he served as the Director at Charter Hall Retail REIT; Retail Chief Executive Officer at Charter Hall Group. Prior to this, Mr CHUBB served at Coles Supermarkets, Mirvac and Lendlease and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Mr. Kenneth Tai Lun Wong has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the trust since August 2019. Previously, he served as the General Counsel of HNA Group (International) Company Limited; Executive Director at Hong Kong International Construction Investment Management Group Co., Limited; Director at Hilton Grand Vacations Inc.

Ms. Christine Chan Suk Han is the Chief Investment Officer of Asia at the trust. Previously, she served as the Director of Investment and Acquisition at Harvest Capital Partners. Ms CHAN also served at ARA Asset Management and Hutchison Whampoa.
