Mr. James L. Dolan has been the Chairman of the company since 2015.He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He has been on the board since 2009. He also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp since 2020, and Chairman of AMC Networks Inc. Mr. Dolan was the Chief Executive Officer of Cablevision from 1995 to 2016; President of Cablevision from 1998 to 2014; Chief Executive Officer of Rainbow Media Holdings, Inc from 1992 to 1995; and Vice President of Cablevision from 1987 to 1992; and Director of Cablevision from 1991 to 2016.

Mr. Paul DiCicco has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Treasurer of the company since May 2026. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Stephen Gould Corporation. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Harris Blitzer Sports and Entertainment.

Mr. Jamaal Lesane has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since July 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, Legal and Business Affairs of the company.

Ms. Marianne Dolan Weber has been a Director of the company since 2016. She also serves as the President of Heartfelt Wings Foundation Inc, and Director of Green Mountain Foundation Inc. Prior to this, she served as a Director of AMC Networks from 2011 to June 2021, Cablevision Systems Corporation from 2005 to 2016. Previously, she served as a the Chairman and Vice Chairman and Director of the Dolan Family Office LLC.
