Mr. Kenneth W. Krueger has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Krueger also served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2009 and the Executive Vice President from 2005 to 2006 at Bucyrus International Inc. He served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of A.O. Smith Corp from 2000 to 2005 and the Vice President of Finance and Planning of the Hydraulics, Semiconductor Equipment, and Specialty Controls Group at Eaton Corp from 1999 to 2000. Currently, he serves as a Director of Douglas Dynamics, Inc. and Albany-International Corporation.

Mr. Aaron H. Ravenscroft has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Mobile Cranes business at the company. Mr. Ravenscroft also served as the Regional Managing Director at Weir Group from 2013 to 2016. He was the President of the Process Flow Control Group at Robbins & Myers from 2011 to 2013.

Mr. Brian P. Regan has been the Chief Financial Officer, and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. He served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the company from 2018 to 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer of SPX Transformer Solutions at SPX Corp from 2006 to 2018. Previously, he worked at Ernst & Young LLP from 2000 to 2006, and Ogilvy & Mather from 1997 to 2000.
