Mr. A.G. Sulzberger has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. He also serves as the Publisher of The Times since 2018. Previously, he served as the Deputy Publisher of the company from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, he served as an Associate Editor from 2015 to 2016 and as an Assistant Editor from 2012 to 2015.

Ms. Meredith Kopit Levien has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2020. Previously, she served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of The Times from 2017 to 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Revenue Officer of the company from 2015 to 2017, and its Executive Vice President of Advertising from 2013 to 2015. and Head of Advertising from August 2013 to 2015. She also served as the CRO Chief Revenue Officer of Forbes Media LLC from 2011 to 2013.

Mr. William Bardeen has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2023. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of the company from 2018 to 2023. Prior to this, he held various corporate development, business development and strategic planning roles, including the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development from 2013 to 2018. Previously, Mr. Bardeen served as a management consultant and served with early stage companies in the media and communications industry. He began his career at A.T. Kearney management consultancy in 1996.

Mr. R. Anthony Benten has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2019. He also serves as the Senior Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Controller from 2007 to 2019 and Senior Vice President of Finance from 2008 to 2016 for the company.

Mr. Jason Sobel has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since August 2021. He also served as Head of infrastructure at Airbnb from April 2019 to March 2021. Previously, he held the role of engineering director and global head of trust and safety operations at Airbnb from April 2016 to April 2019. He has held various senior management roles within the company since September 2013, including vice president of engineering at Quantifind from September 2013 to November 2015; and he spent six years at Facebook, where he worked on its backend platform during a significant growth phase. Earlier, Jason Sobel served as vice president of engineering from September 2013 to November 2015 at Quantifind.
