Mr. Gerry P. Smith has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since February 2017. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Lenovo Group Limited. He also served as an Executive Vice President and President of Data Center Group. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Personal Computing Group and Enterprise Business Group from 2015 to 2016, and the President of the Americas from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Smith served as the President of North America and Senior Vice President of Global Operations from 2012 to 2013, and as the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain from 2006 to 2012 at Lenovo. Earlier, he held various executive positions at Dell Inc. from 1994 to 2006. Currently, he serves as a Director of Arrow Electronics Inc.

Mr. Anthony Scaglione serves as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2020. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ABM Industries Inc from 2015 to 2020. Mr. Scaglione also served as the Vice President and Treasurer in 2009, and Senior Vice President of Treasurer, Mergers and Acquisitions from 2012 to 2015 at ABM. Prior to that, he held various executive finance positions at CA Technologies from 2005 to 2009. Mr. Scaglione served as a Manager with Ernst & Young from 2001 to 2005.

Mr. Max Hood has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Vice President, Accounting and Treasury from March 2021 to August 2022. Mr. Hood held various leadership roles at GE Group between 2010 to 2018. He last served as Controller of Global Operations of Energy Connections division at GE Group. He commenced his carrier at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Ms. Sarah E. Hlavinka has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, she served as the General Counsel of Office Depot, LLC from April 2022 to July 2022. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Itron Inc and held similar roles at Xerox. Ms. Hlavinka also served as a Directors of Quanterix Corporation in 2019.

Ms. Zoe Maloney has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since November 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources from April 2017 to October 2021. She also served ODP as the Vice President of Human Resources from August 2011 to April 2017; and the Senior Director of Communications and Engagement from 2010 to 2011. Earlier, Ms. Maloney held various positions at Johnson & Johnson, 3-Dimensional Pharmaceuticals, and CDI International.
