Mr. Jon R. Moeller has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Operating Officer for P&G’s Enterprise Markets. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Earlier, he held various senior leadership roles, including assignments in China, as the company’s Treasurer, Senior Vice President, and Corporate Forecasting & Analysis. Previously, he served as a member of Board of Directors for Monsanto for eight years and was Chairman of that Board’s Audit Committee.

Mr. Shailesh G. Jejurikar has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since January 2026. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Fabric and Home Care Executive Sponsor and Global Sustainability of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the President of Global Fabric Care, Home Care and P&G Professional, and Global Fabric & Home Care Sector; Executive Sponsor, Global Sustainability of the company in 2019. Before that, he was the President of the Global Fabric & Home Care Sector; Executive Sponsor, Global Sustainability of the company in 2018.

Mr. Andre Schulten has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he held various positions at the company including as the Senior Vice President of Baby Care North America from 2018 to 2021; Vice President, Finance and Accounting, Global Baby, Feminine and Family Care from 2014 to 2018; Vice President, Finance and Accounting, Western Europe from 2010 to 2014; Director of Finance and Accounting, Global Prestige from 2009 to 2010; Director, Finance and Accounting, Baby Care, North America from 2006 to 2009; and Associate Director, Gillette Integration, Global Business Services and IT from 2005 to 2006. He also served in various other positions at the company.

Mr. Seth Cohen has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Head of PepsiCo’s IT function. Previously, he served as the global Chief Information Officer for Reckitt Benckiser Group. Earlier, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer, Europe Sub-Saharan Africa; Senior Vice President, Global Business Solutions; Vice President, North American IT Legacy Solutions and Vice President, IT Transformation Programs at PepsiCo from 2002 to 2014. He also served as Senior Manager of Consumer Business Practice, Deloitte Consulting.

Ms. Susan Street Whaley has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since July 2022. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President, Vice President and General Counsel of North America Practice Groups and Sector Business Units. Prior to that, she also served as the Vice President and General Counsel of North America, Global Go-To-Market and Practice Groups, and Global Business Units. Earlier, she worked as the Associate General Counsel/Director and Assistant Secretary of Corporate, Securities & Employee Benefits, and Associate Director of Global Legal Compliance at the company.
