Mr. Paul Caine has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the non-executive Chairman from January 2020 to April 2020, executive Chairman from 2017 to 2019 and Interim Chief Executive Officer from February 2017 to July 2017 and non-executive Chairman from 2016 to 2017 at Telaria. Previously, he served as the President of IMG Events, and Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc. Mr. Caine also served as the Chairman and Executive Director of Engine Group from January 2018 to February 2023, and as Chief Executive Officer of PC Ventures, LLC from 2017 to 2018. Earlier, he worked as the Chief Global Revenue Officer of Bloomberg Media from June 2014 to July 2016. From April 2013 to January 2014, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of WestwoodOne, Inc. He also served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer and President from January 2011 to April 2013, Executive Vice President, President from 2010 to 2011, and President of Style and Entertainment Group from 2008 to 2010 at Time Inc. Previously, Mr. Caine served as a Director of Nexcen Brands, Inc from 2007 to 2011.

Mr. Michael G. Barrett has been the Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2017. He also serves as the President of the since 2017. Previously, he served as the President of Ichabod Farm Ventures LLC. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Millennial Media, Inc from January 2014 to December 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Barrett worked as the Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President of Yahoo! Inc from July 2012 to December 2012, and a Director of Google Inc. from January 2012 to July 2012. Mr. Barrett also served as the Chief Executive Officer at AdMeld from November 2008 to December 2011. Earlier, he held senior roles at AOL, Fox Interactive Media and Disney Online. He also served as a Director of Media Math from January 2013 to April 2020.

Mr. David L. Day has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer from March 2013 to August 2017 of the company. He previously served as the Chief Accounting Officer at ReachLocal, Inc. from May 2011 to March 2013, and Vice President of Finance of Spot Runner, Senior Vice President of Finance of Yahoo! Search Marketing, Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of Overture. He also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen

Mr. Brian Gephart has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer from 2020 to 2021, and Chief Accounting Officer from June 2019 to May 2020 at Leaf Group. He previously worked as the Chief Accounting Officer of JH Capital Group from 2017 to 2019. Mr. Gephart also worked as a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2011 to 2017.

Mr. Erik Hovanec is the Chief Strategy Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Rubicon Project, Managing Director of The Design Accelerator. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of LeisureLink. Mr. Hovanec started his career as a management consultant of The Boston Consulting Group.
