Mr. James A. Sharman has been a Chairman of the company since 2017. He has been a Director at the company since 2016. Previously, Mr. Sharman served as Chief Operating Officer at Coyote Logistics from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, he served as a Managing Partner at Truecast Capital, LLC from 2006 to 2014. Previously, Mr. Sharman served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at World Kitchen Inc and Rubicon Technology Inc. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain at CNH; and Vice President and General Manager, Latin America at Case Corporation. Previously, Mr. Sharman served as the Commanding Officer at an Engineering Company in the United States Army; and as an Assistant Professor at the United States Military Academy, West Point. He has also been the Chief Operating Officer at GoHealth since 2018.

Mr. John Dunn has been the President and Director, Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a President of Shyft’s Fleet Vehicles and Services. Previously he served as President and Chief Executive Officer, Americas for Plastic Omnium.

Mr. Todd A. Heavin has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since June 2019. Prior to this, Mr. Heavin served as the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer and Division President at American Axle. Previously, He served in executive positions at Formtech LLC and Intermet Corporation, as well as leadership positions at Delphi Automotive and United Technologies Automotive Division.

Mr. Andy Anderson has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since November 2019. Previously, Mr. Anderson served as the Chief Information Officer at Stant Corporation Prior to that, he served in multiple global technology senior leadership positions at Visteon. Mr. Anderson also served in multiple business roles including program management, purchasing, and supply chain at Ford Motor Company.

Mr. Joshua A. Sherbin has been the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of the company since May 2021. Prior to this, he served in various roles in TriMas Corporation including the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary from March 2016 to May 2021.
