Mr. Bruce R Berkowitz has been the Chairman of the company since 2011. Previously, he served as the President and Director of Fairholme Funds. Mr. Berkowitz also served as a Director at Sears Holdings Corporation from February 2016 through October 2017.

Mr. Jorge Gonzalez has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Bay County Economic Development Alliance and a Director at the Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Marek Bakun serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Orleans Homebuilders, Inc. and Mattamy Homes Corporation. Mr. Bakun also served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Morrison Homes.

Ms. Elizabeth J. Walters serves as Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President and Secretary of the company. Previously, she served as Member of the Executive Board of the FSU Real Estate Center, and as a Director of Summit Bank, N.A. Ms. Walters also served at Burke Blue Hutchison Walters & Smith, P.A for 20 years.

Ms. Rhea Goff serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, she served as a Human Resource Assistant at WaterColor Inn & Resort.
