Mr. Richard G. Kyle has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer, Bearings and Power Transmission from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Kyle also served as the Group President from 2012 to 2013; President of the Aerospace and Mobile Industries segments from 2008 to 2012; Vice President of Manufacturing from 2006 to 2008; and Vice President of Operations for a business division of Hubbell Inc.

Mr. Philip D. Fracassa has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President for Corporate planning and development and directed the company's inorganic growth strategy. Mr. Fracassa also served as the Senior Vice President and Group Controller; as the Senior Vice President of tax and treasury of the company; as Director of Taxes at Visteon Corp and as a tax attorney at General Motors.

Mr. John M. Timken, Jr. has been the Chairman of Timken since May 2014. Prior to this, he was the Director of the company since 1986. Mr. Timken is the co-founder and currently serves as a Director of Amgraph Packaging. He was also involved in the injection molding, opthalmic laboratories, logistics and trucking.. In addition, he also owned a cable television business and established commercial mushroom farms in North America.
