Ms. Carol Meyrowitz has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Chairman of the board from 2015 to 2016 and as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2007 to 2016. Previously, she served as the President, and Director of the company from 2005 to 2011. Earlier, she served as the Senior Executive Vice President of the company from 2004 to 2005 and the President of Marmaxx from 2001 to 2005. Ms. Meyrowitz also served as an Executive Vice President of the company from 2001 to 2004.

Mr. Ernie Herrman has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. He also serves as a Director since October 2015 and President since January 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Group President of the company from 2008 to 2011 and President, Marmaxx from 2005 to 2008. He was also Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Marmaxx from 2004 to 2005; and Executive Vice President, Merchandising, Marmaxx from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Herrman joined the company in 1989.

Mr. John Klinger has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Corporate Controller of the company from 2019 to 2023. Previously, Mr. Klinger worked as the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller from 2015 to 2019, Vice President of Corporate Finance, Chief Financial Officer of TJX Europe from 2011 to 2015 of the company. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of AJWright of the company. Mr. Klinger joined TJX as a Manager of Business Analysis, Marmaxx in 2000. Prior to joining TJX, he worked with Stride Rite company. He held various Finance roles, eventually becoming the Director of Finance in 1998.
