Mr. Alan N. MacGibbon has been the Chairman of the company since February 2024. He served as an independent Director of the company since 2014. He also serves as a Director of the TD Bank US. Mr. MacGibbon served as Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte LLP (Canada) and as Global Managing Director of Quality, Strategy and Communications of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited.

Mr. Bharat B. Masrani has been the President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2014. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer for TD Bank Group. He served as the Group Head U.S. Personal and Commercial Banking and President and Chief Executive Officer of TD Bank, President and Chief Executive Officer of TD Banknorth. Mr. Masrani also served as Vice Chair and Chief Risk Officer of TD Bank Group, Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of TD Waterhouse Investor Services in Europe; Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Co-Head in Europe; Vice President and Country Head for India; and Vice President and Head, Corporate Banking Canada.

Mr. Kelvin Tran has been the Group Head of the bank since March 2023 and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. He also served as Senior Executive Vice President of the bank from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President, Enterprise Finance of the bank.

Mr. Ajai Bambawale is the Chief Risk Officer of the bank. Prior to this he served as the Chief Risk Officer for TD Bank. Previously, he was the Vice Chairman and regional Head, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions.

Mr. Kenn Lalonde is a Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the bank. He joined TD in 2012 as President & CEO of TD Insurance. Prior to this, he held various positions of President and Chief Executive Officer of The Cumis Group in Canada, and Senior Executive roles with CUNA Mutual Group in Madison, Wisconsin, and CIBC in Canada. He also served as a Chair of the Insurance Bureau of Canada.
