Mr. Mortimer J. Buckley is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Investment Officer in the company. Previously, Mr. Buckley served as the Head of Retail Investor Group from 2006 to 2012 and Chief Information Officer in the company from 2001 to 2006. Mr. Buckley joined Vanguard in 1991. He served as the Chairman of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from 2011 to 2017. He serves as a Trustee and Vice Chair of The Shipley School.

Mr. Michael Rollings has been the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of the Finance Division at the company since June 2016. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MassMutual Financial Group. Before that, he led MassMutual's Capital Markets division.

Mr. Nitin Tandon is the Chief Information Officer and Managing Director of Information Technology division of the company. Previously, he led Retail and Corporate Systems division of the company. He joined Vanguard in 2019 as the Chief Technology Officer. Previously, he served as a Consultant and Partner for Deloitte Consulting.

Mr. Gregory Davis has been the Chief Investment Officer and a Managing Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Principal and Global Head of Fixed Income in the company from 2014 to 2017. Mr. Davis served as the Chief Investment Officer of Asia Pacific and Principal in Vanguard from 2013 to 2014. Previously, he served as the Head of Bond Indexing in the company from 2007 to 2013. Mr. Davis also served in Portfolio Management and Trading division of the Vanguard from 1999 to 2007. Earlier, he served as an Associate at Merrill Lynch from 1998 to 1999.

Mr. Joseph Brennan is the Managing Director and Global Chief Risk Officer of Vanguard. He served as Head of Vanguard Equity Index Group, Chief Investment Officer of the Asia Pacific region, a Director of Vanguard Investments Australia, and Head of Vanguard Portfolio Review Department.
