Mr. James P. Gorman has been the Chairman of the company since January 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman at Morgan Stanley. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Morgan Stanley from 2010 to 2023, Director at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, President at the Federal Advisory Council to the U.S. Federal Reserve Board and Senior Partner at McKinsey & Co.

Mr. Josh D'Amaro has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Disney Experiences since 2020, and as President of Walt Disney World Resort. He joined the company in 1998 at Disneyland Resort.

Mr. Hugh F. Johnston has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman from 2015 to 2023 and Chief Financial Officer. He held various positions at PepsiCo including Executive Vice President, Global Operations from 2009 to 2010; Head of Global E-commerce Business from 2015 to 2019; Head of the Quaker Foods North America division from 2014 to 2016; President of Pepsi-Cola North America from 2007 to 2009; Executive Vice President of Operations from 2006 to 2007, and Senior Vice President of Transformation from 2005 to 2006. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of PepsiCo Beverages and Foods from 2002 to 2005, and Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions of PepsiCo.

Mr. Paul Roeder has been a Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Communications Officer of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Communications of Disney Entertainment Studios, Direct-to-Consumer, and International. He worked in Corporate Communications at The Walt Disney Company from 2002 to 2010 after joining Disney’s ABC Communications team in 2001. He began his entertainment career in roles at William Morris.

Ms. Tinisha Agramonte has been a Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Talent Outreach & Development at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. Previously, she served as the Chief Diversity Officer at Motorola Solutions. She also worked with Federal Government and held various positions including Director for the Office of Civil Rights and Chief Diversity Officer.
