Ms. Barbara Jeremiah has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Currently, she is a Non-Executive Director and member of the audit, nomination and remuneration committees of Senior plc. Prior to that, Ms. Jeremiah served as the Chairwoman of Board Longyear Limited, Non-Executive Director of Premier Oil and Russel Metals and as a Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee Chair of Aggreko plc.

Mr. Jon Stanton has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he was the Finance Director from 2010 to 2016. Mr. Stanton also served as a Partner at Ernst & Young advising several large international businesses and led global board-level relationships with a number of FTSE-100 multi-national companies. He is a Director of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Mr. Brian Puffer has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since March 2024. Previously, he served as the role of Chief Financial and Risk Officer for BP Integrated Supply and Trading. Prior to this, Mr. Puffer was the Senior Vice President of BP's Global Business Services. Earlier, he spent 18 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in several roles in the UK and US.

Mr. Gary Fingland has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer of Bupa. Earlier, he served in various senior roles at Diageo and Serco Group Plc.

Mr. Graham Vanhegan has been the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Business Development and Deputy General Counsel for ConocoPhillips. Mr. Vanhegan also worked for 24 years with ConocoPhillips and held a number of senior positions for the company in North America and Asia
