Mr. Neslon Peltz has been the Chairman of the company since 2007. He served in various subsidiaries of the company from 1993 to 2007 as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Director, Manager and Officer. He is also a Director of Mondeléz International, Inc. since January 2014, Sysco Corporation since August 2015 and The Madison Square Garden Company since September 2015. He previously was on the board of H. J. Heinz Company from 2006 to 2013, Ingersoll Rand plc from 2012 to 2014, Legg Mason, Inc. from 2009 to 2014 and MSG Networks Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, from 1989 to 1993, he was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Trian Group. From 1983 to 1988, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Triangle Industries, Inc. Mr. Peltz is Honorary Co-Chairman of the board of trustees of various civic organizations and Chairman of the board of governors of the Simon Wiesenthal Center and a board member of the Weill Cornell Medical College and Graduate School of Medical Sciences.

Mr. Todd A. Penegor has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since May 2016. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from September 2013 to May 2016. From 2000 to 2013, he worked in Kellogg Company in various leadership positions. He served as the President of Kellogg and President of US Snacks from 2009 to 2013, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kellogg Europe from 2007 to 2009, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kellogg USA and Kellogg snacks from 2002 to 2007. Previously, Mr. Penegor worked with Ford Motor Company in various disciplines including treasury, Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategy and Controller’s office.

Mr. Peter W. May serves as the Vice Chairman of the company since 2007. Prior to this, he served in various senior positions at the company and its subsidiaries including as President and Chief Operating Officer. He served as Director of Tiffany & Co. from May 2008 to May 2017; President and Chief Operating Officer of Trian Group, Limited Partnership from January 1989 to April 1993; and as President and Chief Operating Officer and a director of Triangle Industries, Inc. from 1983 to December 1988. Presently, he serves as Director of Mondelez International Inc, President and Founding Partner of Trian Partners, Co-Chairman of the New York Philharmonic, and a trustee of the New-York Historical Society.

Mr. Gunther Plosch has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 2016. Previously, he held various leadership positions in Kellogg Company. Mr. Plosch was the Vice President of Global Business Services from 2014 to 2016, Chief Financial Officer of North America from 2010 to 2013, Vice President Finance, Morning foods from 2007 to 2009 and Vice President of Finance Corporate Planning from 2005 to 2007. He joined the company as the Finance Director. Mr. Plosch began his career in Procter & Gamble, where he served in various positions and ultimately served as Associate Director of Finance for the Central and European division in the company.

Ms. Suzie Thuerk has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since January 2023. Previously, she was the Vice President of Accounting at Wendy's. Prior to this, Ms. Suzie Thuerk worked in financial planning and analysis for Bath & Body Works and held accounting roles at Limited Brands and PwC.
