Mr. Stephen W. Bergstrom been been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the American Midstream Partners GP, LLC. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the General Partner of American Midstream Partners' General Partner. Previously, Mr. Bergstrom served as an Exclusive Consultant to ArcLight Capital Partners.

Mr. Alan S. Armstrong has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since 2011. He also worked as Director of Investor Relations & Enterprise Planning of Williams from 2013 to 2017.

Mr. Micheal G. Dunn has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the general partner, ACMP/WPZ. He also served as the President of Questar Pipeline and an Executive Vice President of Questar Corporation. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of PacifiCorp Energy. Prior to that, he was the President of Kern River Gas Transmission Company.

Ms. Mary Hausman has been the Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Special Projects and was promoted to her current role of Staff Vice President, Internal Audit of the company. Previously, she served as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at subsidiary NV Energy from 2013-2019.
