Mr. Masataka Yamaishi has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since March 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Director and President of the company from 2017 to 2024. He was also the General Manager of Corporate Planning Division, Head of IT Planning Department, Managing Executive Officer and Tire Manager at the Company from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Yamaishi also served as the Director, General Manager of Tire Planning Division, President of Yokohama Motorsports International Co Ltd, Director of Yokohama Motorsports International Co Ltd and General Manager of Corporate Planning Department from 2015 to 2016. Before this, he was the Executive Officer of the company from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Yamaishi also held the position of Deputy General Manager of Corporate Planning Division, General Manager of the Corporate Planning Department, Director and President of Acty Co Ltd from 2013 to 2024. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Yokohama Europe GmbH from 2012 to 2013.

Mr. Shinji Seimiya has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company since March 2024. Prior to this, he was the Managing Executive Officer, Head of technology and production and Head of IT Planning Department at the company from 2023 to 2024. He was also the Director, Manager of Technology, and the Head of Quality Assurance Division at the company from 2022 to 2023. Mr. Seimiye also worked as the Assistant to the Technical Director from 2021 to 2022. Previously, he was also the Executive Officer, General Manager of Tire Product Development Division and General Manager of the First Tire Design Department from 2019 to 2021. Mr. Seimiya was the Deputy General Manager of Tire Consumer Goods Development Division and General Manager of the Second Tire Design Department at the company from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, he was also the General Manager of the First Tire Design Department at the company from 2014 to 2017.

Mr. Nitin Mantri has been the Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer and Co-Chief Operating Officer of OHT Business at the company since 2024. Prior to this, he was the Managing Executive Officer of the Company from 2022 to 2023. He was also the Executive Officer of the company from 2018 to 2019. Mr. Mantri was the Chief Executive Officer of ATC Tyres Private Limited from 2017 to 2018. Before this, he held the position of President of Cummins Fuel Systems from 2012 to 2017. He currently serves as the Chairman of Yokohama Tyre Vietnam Inc, Director of Yokohama Off-Highway Tire Co Ltd, General Manager of the OHT Division and Chairman of Yokohama India Private Limited.
