Mr. Marc N. Casper has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since March 2026 for the company. Previously, he served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2020 to February 2026. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2009 to 2020. He also served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Thermo Fisher from 2008 to 2009. Prior to Thermo Fisher, Marc served as a President, the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Kendro Laboratory Products. Previously, he served as President of Americas at Dade Behring Inc. Marc also served as Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company and later joined Bain Capital. Earlier, he served as a Director of the Advisory Board Company, Zimmer Holdings, U.S. Bancorp, Brigham & Women's Hospital and Synopsys, Inc. Currently, he is serving as on the Boards of Wesleyan University, Mass General Brigham and the Board of Dean's Advisors at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Jim Meyer has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2026. Previously, he was the Vice President of Financial Operations of the company from 2023 to 2026. Earlier, he served as Vice President of customer channels of the company since 2020 to 2023. He also served as Vice President of Finance in Laboratory products division from 2014 to 2016. Prior to this, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Gianluca Pettiti has been the Chief Operating Officer, President of Products and Technologies and President of the company since March 2026. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and Executive Vice President and President of Life Sciences, Diagnostics and Applied from April 2024 to March 2026. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President and President of Specialty Diagnostics of the company from 2019 to 2021. He also served as President of Biosciences from 2018 to 2019 at Thermo Fisher. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Latin America business at Life Technologies. Previously, Gianluca served on the board of directors at Butterfly Networks. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of HP, Inc.

Mr. Aditya Joshi has been the Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Marketing of the company as Vice President of Corporate Strategy for the company. Mr. Joshi has also served as a Partner with Bain & Co.

Mr. Ryan J. Snyder has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of IT, Customer Channels, and Pharma Services business for the company. Mr. Snyder has also served with erstwhile Patheon and General Electric.
