Mr. David Thomson is the Chairman of the company . He is also the Chairman of Woodbridge and The Globe and Mail Inc.

Mr. Steve Hasker has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of company since 2020. Prior to this, he has been served as Senior Advisor at TPG Capital from August 2019 to February 2020. Before that, he was Chief Executive Officer at CAA Global, a TPG Capital from January 2018 to August 2019. Steve also served as the Global President and Chief Operating Officer at Nielsen Holdings PLC since December 2015 to December 2017. Earlier, he served as Nielsen’s President, Global Products from November 2009 to January 2014. He also served as a Partner in the Global Media, Entertainment and Information practice from 1998 to 2009.

Mr. Michael Eastwood has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he had several senior finance roles. Mike was previously served as a Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Finance from January 2016 to March 2020. Before that, he was the Chief Operations Officer at Thomson Reuters Latin America from April 2014 to December 2015. Mike was also previously the Chief Financial Officer at the company’s former Intellectual Property & Science business.

Mr. Taneli Ruda is the Chief Strategy Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Head of Strategy for the Tax & Accounting and Corporates units and General Manager of the Global Trade Management business at the company, Vice President of Strategy Development at Nokia, Chief Strategy Officer at John Wiley & Sons, and Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.

Mr. David Carrel is the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. He joined the company in 2022. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Marketing at Adobe, Director of Global Growth & Demand for AWS at Amazon and Director of Global Prime Member Growth for Amazon Prime. Earlier, he worked at IBM.
