Ms. Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chairman Designate in the company. She also serves as the Director of Exxaro, Standard Bank Group and Standard Bank South Africa. Currently, she serves as the Chancellor of the Nelson Mandela University and Chairperson of the Advisory Council of the Mapungubwe Institute for Strategic Reflection. She is also the Chairperson of the Committee of Experts on Public Administration of the United Nations Economic and Social Council.

Mr. Tjaart Kruger has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since November 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Divisional Managing Director at ICS Foods Ltd (today Astral Foods), Chief Executive Officer of Country Bird (Pty) Ltd. Previously, he served as the Managing Executive for the pharmaceuticals and grains divisions of Tiger Brands from 2001 to 2007.

Mr. Thushen Govender has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Group Commercial Officer of Aspen Holdings Limited. Earlier, Mr. Govender was employed at Tiger Brands and held the position as Group Strategy, Investor Relations, and Business Development Executive.

Mr. Joe Ralebepa has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the General Counsel, Group Legal Executive and Company Secretary of Massmart Group. Previously, he served as the Head of Legal and External Affairs for the British American Tobacco Southern Africa region and also held various senior corporate legal roles at The Coca-Cola Company, including the Legal Counsel of South Africa, and the Legal Director and General Counsel for the Southern Africa Business Unit.

Ms. S’ne Magagula has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Group Human Capital at Sasol Group. Earlier, Ms. Magagula also served in various human resources leadership positions at Sasol and in various roles in the Netherlands and South Africa at Shell.
