Mr. Wei Hong-Ming has been the Chairman of the company since January 2019. He served as the Executive Director of the company from 2015 to 2019. Prior to this, he also served as a Project Manager at the CEO’s office of the company in 2006. Mr. Wei served as an asset allocation analyst at Makena Capital.

Mr. Richard Chen Yingjang has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief R&D Officer in the Group from 2013 to 2020. Mr. Richard has 25 years of experience in the global R&D division at Procter & Gamble, and worked for leading Consumer Product Innovation and R&D Capability Building.

Mr. IP Pui-Sum is the Company Secretary of the company. He joined the group in 1995. Mr. Pui-Sum is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (the UK) and an associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditors, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the ordinary member of Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. He has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and company secretarial practices. Mr. Pui-Sum is also a Certified Public Accountant (Practicing) in Hong Kong.
