Mr. Wei Hong-Ming has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. He served as the Executive Director of the company from 2015 to 2019. Prior to this, he also served as a Project Manager at the CEO’s office of the company in 2006. Mr. Wei served as an asset allocation analyst at Makena Capital.

Mr. Junichiro IDA has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2013. He is also the President of Sanyo Foods Co. Prior to this, he was the Director of Caraway Pte Ltd. He is also the Director of Sanyo Foods Scholarship Foundation, Sanyo Foods Culture and Sports Foundation, the Chairman of the board of Japan Convenience Foods Industry Association, and the Chairman of the Board of Save the Children Japan.

Mr. Kuowei Liu serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he was the Vice President in the Finance & Accounting Department. Earlier, he was also the Assistant Vice President and Manager.

Mr. IP Pui-Sum is the Company Secretary of the company. He joined the group in 1995. Mr. Pui-Sum is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (the UK) and an associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditors, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the ordinary member of Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. He has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and company secretarial practices. Mr. Pui-Sum is also a Certified Public Accountant (Practicing) in Hong Kong.

Mr. Frank Wang serves as the Chief of Staff of the company. Previously, he held various senior leadership roles, including Head of Strategic Management for the Instant Noodles, Master Kong Beverage, and Pepsi Beverage businesses, as well as Head of the Chairman’s Office, Board Secretary, and Head of Group Strategy and Human Resources. Earlier, he was an Associate Director at KPMG Taiwan and a Senior Consultant at Computer Associates’ JV.
