Mr. Rokus Van Iperen has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. He also serves as the Chairman of Princess Maxima Center for Pediatric Oncology. Previously he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Canon Inc. Earlier he served as the Chairman of OCE N.V.

Mr. Alexander van der Lof has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2001. Prior to this, he served as the Company Secretary at the Twentsche Kabel Holding and as the Coordinator of the Technical Trading group. He served in several management and directorial functions at Twentsche Kabelfabriek (TKF). Mr. van der Lof joined the company as the Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2001.

Mr. Elling de Lange has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the Cable Production Group Netherlands and China from 2006 to 2008. Mr. De Lange also served as Financial Director of Chinese Cable Manufacturing Companies TFO and ZTC from 2003 to 2006. He joined the company as a Member of the Board at C&C Partners Telecom of Poland in 1998. Before joining TKH Group NV he served in several international management positions at Ballast Nedam.
