Mr. Kazuhiro Ishiyama has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Director and Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability at the company from 2024 to 2025. He was also the Director and Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs, IR, and Sustainability from 2022 to 2024. Mr. Ishiyama also worked as the Director, Managing Executive Officer, Corporate Officer, Head of Group Strategy Division of the company from 2021 to 2022. He was the Managing Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Strategy Group at the company from 2020 to 2021. Previously, he held the position of Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Planning Department of the company from 2019 to 2020. Mr. Ishiyama also worked as the Executive Officer and Head of Planning Department of the company from 2018 to 2019.

Mr. Kojiro Higuchi has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Representative Director and President of the company from 2020 to 2025. He was also the Representative Director and Executive Vice President, Executive Vice President, CSR Officer, Compliance Promotion Officer, Deputy General Manager of Nuclear Power Division at the company from 2019 to 2020. Mr. Higuchi was also the Director, Managing Executive Officer, Deputy General Manager of Power Generation & Sales Company, Deputy General Manager of Nuclear Power Division of the company from 2018 to 2019. He also worked as the Managing Director of the Firepower and Nuclear Power Headquarters and Deputy Chief of Staff at the company from 2016 to 2018. Previously, he was the Executive Officer and General Manager of Thermal Power Department, Thermal and Nuclear Power Division of the company from 2013 to 2016.

Mr. Satoshi Sunakoda has been the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, Deputy General Manager of the Nuclear Power Division, Executive Vice President and Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Representative Director and Executive Vice President, Executive Vice President, General Manager of Business Support Division, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Deputy General Manager of Nuclear Power Division at the company from 2023 to 2025. He was also the Director, Managing Executive Officer, General Manager of Business Support Division, and Deputy General Manager of Nuclear Power Division of the company from 2022 to 2023. Mr. Sunakoda was also the Managing Executive Officer, General Manager of Business Support Division, and Deputy General Manager of Nuclear Power Division at the company from April 2022 to June 2022. Before this, he was also the Managing Executive Officer, Deputy General Manager of Business Support Division, and Deputy General Manager of Nuclear Power Division at the company from 2019 to 2022. Mr. Sunakoda worked as the Executive Officer and Branch Manager of Iwate at the company from 2017 to 2019. Previously, he held the position of Executive Officer and Head of Human Resources Department of the company from 2016 to 2017.
