Mr. Satoru Komiya has been the Chairman of the company since June 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Culture Officer of Tokio Marine. He also served as the Director of Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co Ltd. Prior to this, Mr. Komiya served as a Senior Managing Director of the company and Tokio Marine & Nichido. He held various roles, including General Manager of the Planning Department, Executive Officer, and Managing Executive Officer of Tokio Marine. Earlier, Mr. Komiya worked with Nisshin Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. and served as the Executive Officer and Managing Director.

Mr. Masahiro Koike has been the Group Chief Executive Officer, Director, President and Group Chief Culture Officer of the company since June 2025. He also serves as a Director of Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. Previously, he was the Managing Executive Officer at Tokio Marine Holdings and Executive Officer and General Manager of Corporate Planning Dept. at Tokio Marine Holdings.

Ms. Mika Nabeshima has been the Managing Executive Officer of the company since 2026. She also serves as a Director, Managing Director and Group Chief Sustainability Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Executive Officer and General Manager of Human Resources Department at the company.

Mr. Yoichi Moriwaki has been a Senior Managing Director of the company since 2026 and is its Senior Managing Executive Officer since 2025. He also serves as the Group Chief Strategy Officer and Director of the company. Previously, he served as the Managing Director and Managing Executive Officer at the company.

Mr. Eiichi Hosojima is a Senior Managing Executive Officer and Group Chief Retention Strategy Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the General Manager of the Commercial Lines Underwriting Department of Tokio Marine & Nichido.
