Mr. Satoru Komiya has been the Chairman of the company since June 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Culture Officer of Tokio Marine. He also served as the Director of Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co Ltd. Prior to this, Mr. Komiya served as a Senior Managing Director of the company and Tokio Marine & Nichido. He held various roles, including General Manager of the Planning Department, Executive Officer, and Managing Executive Officer of Tokio Marine. Earlier, Mr. Komiya worked with Nisshin Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. and served as the Executive Officer and Managing Director.

Mr. Masahiro Koike has been the Group Chief Executive Officer, Director, President and Group Chief Culture Officer of the company since June 2025. He also serves as a Director of Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. Previously, he was the Managing Executive Officer at Tokio Marine Holdings and Executive Officer and General Manager of Corporate Planning Dept. at Tokio Marine Holdings.

Mr. Kenji Okada has been the Vice President Director of the company since 2025. He also serves as a Director, Vice President Executive Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer of the company and Vice President Director of Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. Previously, he serves as a Senior Managing Director at the company.

Mr. Yoshinori Ishii has been the Group Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Managing Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the General Manager of Legal Department and Executive Officer of Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. Earlier, he served as the General Manager of Legal and Compliance and Executive Officer of the Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc.

Mr. Eiichi Hosojima is a Senior Managing Executive Officer, Group Chief Retention Strategy Officer and Group Deputy Chief Digital Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the General Manager of the Commercial Lines Underwriting Department of Tokio Marine & Nichido.
