Mr. Seppo Saastamoinen has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. He has been a Director of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Takoa Invest Oy. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2006 to 2007. Mr. Saastamoinen served as the Director of Tarjousmaxi from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Saastamoinen is the Founder of Maxi-Makasiini and Maxi-Kodintukku and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1978 to 2003. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Takoa Invest Oy since 1987.

Mr. Mika Rautiainen has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Store Operations for Kesko Grocery Trade from 2013 to 2017. Previously, Mr. Rautiainen served as the Vice President, K-Supermarket of Kesko Grocery Trade from 2012 to 2013. He also served as the Vice President of K-Citymarket Food, Kesko Grocery from 2007 to 2012. He served as the Vice President of K-Market, Kesko Grocery from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Rautiainen worked as the Managing Director of Cassa Ltd. from 2003 to 2005. Currently, he serves as the Director of Finnish Grocery Trade Association and Chairman of Tokmanni – Europris (Shanghai) Trading Co. LTD.

Mr. Tapio Arimo has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Haltian from 2021 to 2022. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Purmo Group from 2019 to 2020 and at Kamux from 2015 to 2019. Previously, he served several management and expert positions in finance at Nokia from 2000 to 2015. He also served as the Analyst in Goldman Sachs from 1997 to 2000.

Mr. Veli-Pekka Aari has been the Vice President of Marketing and Communications of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Communications and Digital Services of SOK from 2015 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Marketing for SOK from 2011 to 2014 and as the Strategy Director of TBWA Helsinki from 2007 to 2011. Mr. Aari served as the Planning Director of Taivas Group Kuulas RA from 2005 to 2007 and the Director (CRM) of Elisa Oyj from 2003 to 2005.

Mr. Juha Valtonen has been the Vice President of Sourcing of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Sourcing for SOK grocery business of the company from 2019 to 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Division Manager of Sourcing, SOK grocery business of the company from 2016 to 2019. He also served as the Sourcing Manager of Sourcing, SOK grocery business from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Valtonen also served as the Division Manager of Sourcing, SOK non-grocery business from 2009 to 2014, the Manager of SOK from 2006 to 2009 and the Department Manager of Gigantti from 2004 to 2006.
