Mr. Makio Tanehashi has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. He also serves as a Director of Tokyo Tatemono Real Estate Sales Co Ltd since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Tokyo Tatemono Real Estate Sales Co Ltd from 2017 to 2019. Previously, he served as a Director of the company and the Division Director of the International Business Division at the company from 2016 to 2019. Earlier, he served as the Senior Managing Executive Officer, and Division Director of Real Estate Solution Service Division at the company from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, he served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Tokyo Tatemono Real Estate Sales Co Ltd from 2013 to 2015. Previously, he served as the Deputy President, Executive Officer, and Director of the Branches Department of Mizuho Bank Ltd. Earlier, he served as the Managing Executive Officer and Head of Sales of Mizuho Corporate Bank Ltd. Previously, he served as the Executive Officer of Mizuho Corporate Bank Ltd.

Mr. Hitoshi Nomura has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as a Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He also served as the Senior Managing Executive Officer and Director of the company. Earlier, he was the Managing Executive Officer, Director, and Division Director of the Commercial Properties Division of the company.

Mr. Katsuhito Ozawa has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer, and Division Director of the Commercial Properties Division of the company. He also served as the Managing Executive Officer, Director, and Division Director of the International Business Division and Leisure Business Division, and as the General Manager of the Finance Department and International Business Department of the company.

Mr. Shinjiro Kobayashi has been the Managing Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Executive Officer and Director, Vice Division Director of the Commercial Properties Division, and General Manager of the Urban Development Department of the company. He also served as the Managing Executive Officer, Vice Division Director of Commercial Properties, and General Manager of the Urban Development Department of the company. He joined the company in 1988.

Mr. Takeshi Jinbo has been the Senior Managing Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Executive Officer, Director, and Vice Division Director of the Residential Development Division of the company. He also served as the Managing Officer, Vice Division Director of the Residential Development Division, and General Manager of the Acquisitions Department of the company.
