Ms. Liu Shuqi has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the assistant to the President of the company. Ms. Shuqi also served as the General Manager of Photovoltaic Business. Currently, she also serves as a Supervisor of Tongwei Group.

Mr. Zhou Bin has been the Financial Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Financial Director of Yongxiang Co., Ltd. Earlier, he worked in MCCS Group Shanghai Corporation Limited and Zhongshen Accounting Firm. He was the legal representative of Sichuan Beite Certified Public Accounting Firm, and the General Manager of Sichuan Zhongfa Certified Tax Accountant Firm.

Mr. Yan Ke has been the Secretary of the company since 2019. He served as the company's securities affairs representative.

Mr. Liu Hanyuan serves as the Director of the company. He is the Chair of the board of Directors of Tongwei Group and a Director of the company. He was the Vice Chair of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.

Ms. Ding Yi has been a Director of the company since 2020. She worked at Renmin University of China, Huaneng Power International, and China Life Asset Management Co., Ltd. Ms. Yi served as the Chair of Huaneng Capital Services Co., Ltd., Great Wall Securities andother companies. She also serves as an independent director of Huaxia Bank Co., Ltd, Huatai Asset Management Co., Ltd., and S.F. Holding Co., Ltd.
