Mr. Alec C. Covington has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Haynes Park Capital, LLC. Mr. Covington served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Nash-Finch Company, and Tree of Life, Inc. He was a Director at Royal Wessanen NV. Mr. Covington also served as the Chief Executive Officer at AmeriCold Logistics, LLC, President at Richfood Inc. and Executive Vice President at Supervalu Inc.

Mr. Robert M. Buck has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company from 2015 to 2020. Prior to this, Mr. Buck served as the Group Vice President of Masco from 2014 to 2015 and President of Masco Contractor Services from 2009 to 2014.

Mr. Robert M. Kuhns has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he was the Vice President and Controller of the company from 2018 to 2022. Mr. John Achille has been the President of the company since April 2026. He also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President of their Coastal Insulation business at American Building Systems. Before that, he served as Executive Vice President at TruTeam.

Mr. Sridhar Pullareddy serves as the Chief Information Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Information Technology and the Project Management Office of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Pullareddy served in several positions, including Deployment Manager, Applications Director, and Senior Director of the Project Management Office of the company. Mr. Pullareddy also served at GE Healthcare, GE Industrial Systems, Oracle, NSK Motion and Control, and FAG Bearings.
