Mr. Satoshi Hirano has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2013 to April 2023. Earlier, he served as the Managing Executive Officer, General Manager, Corporate Strategy Division of the company from 2012 to 2013. From 2010 to 2012, he served as a Director, Executive Officer, and General Manager of Positioning Business Unit of the company. Mr. Hirano served as an Executive Officer and Vice General Manager of Positioning Business Unit of the company from 2007 to 2010. From 2001 to 2007, he served as an Executive Vice President at Topcon Positioning Systems, Inc. He also served as an Executive Vice President at Topcon Laser Systems, Inc from 1996 to 2001.

Mr. Haruhiko Akiyama has been a Senior Managing Executive Officer, Director, General Manager of Custom Products Business Promotion Division and General Manager of Accounting and Finance at the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he held various roles within the company including Managing Executive Officer, Senior Executive Officer, Executive Officer, and Deputy General Manager of General Accounting and Finance Division at the company. He joined the company in 1986.

Mr. Kaoru Kumagai has been the General Manager of Research and Development Division, Managing Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he held various roles within the company including Senior Executive Officer, Executive Officer, Vice General Manager, Chief Advisory Engineer, Advisory Engineer, Chief Engineer, and Deputy Chief Engineer. He joined the company in 1983.

Mr. Takayuki Yamazaki serves as an Executive Vice President, Senior Managing Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since April 2023. He also serves as the Chief Business Integration Officer at Topcon Positioning Systems, Inc.
