Mr. Hironobu Nishikori has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. He served as the Senior Vice President of the company in April 2020. Prior to this, Mr. Nishikori also served as the Director, President and the Chief Executive Officer at Toshiba Digital Solutions Corp in 2017. He served as the Executive Officer and Executive Vice President at Toshiba Corp in 2017. Mr. Nishikori also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President-Cloud and Solution at Industrial ICT Solutions Co in 2015. He also served as the General Manager-HDD Business Division at Storage Products Co in 2010.

Mr. Naofumi Tani has been the Chief Finance Officer, Senior Vice President and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Director, and Chief Executive Officer; General Manager of Finance and Accounting Division; and General Manager of IFRS and Internal Control Promotion Division at Toshiba Plant Systems & Services Corporation. Previously, Mr. Tani served as the Executive Officer, Corporate Vice President, and Vice President of the Strategy Committee Room at Toshiba Corporation. Earlier, he served as the General Manager of Financial and Cash Management Division at Toshiba Corporation. Prior to this, he served as a Director at Toshiba Infrastructure Systems & Solutions Corporation. Mr. Tani also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Social Infrastructure Systems Company at Toshiba Corporation.

Mr. Yasuki Ohnishi has been the Chief Operating Officer, President and Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Retail Solutions Business Group of the company from 2022 to 2025. Previously, Mr. Ohnishi served as the Deputy Managing Director of Retail Solutions Business Group of the company from 2021 to 2022; and General Manager of Products Marketing Division of Retail Solutions Business Group from 2020 to 2021. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of the company from 2019 to 2020; as the General Manager of Kansai Main Branch, Retail Solutions Business Group from 2018 to 2019. Mr. Ohnishi also served as the Deputy General Manager of Tokyo Main Branch, Retail Solutions Business Group of the company from 2016 to 2018; and as the General Manager, Tokyo Specialty Sales Office, Tokyo Main Branch of System Solutions Business Group from 2012 to 2016.
