Mr. Patrick Pouyanne has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TotalEnergies since December 2015. Prior to this, he served as President of Refining & Chemicals business from January 2012 to October 2014. Previously, he was also the Deputy General Manager of Chemicals and Deputy General Manager of Petrochemicals at the company from 2011 to 2012. He was also the Senior Vice President of Strategy, Business Development and R&D in Exploration & Production at the company from 2006 to 2011. Preceding this, he also worked as the President of Finance, Economy and IT for Exploration & Production at the company from 2002 to 2006. Mr. Pouyanne was also the Chief Administrative Officer of Exploration & Production division at the company.

Mr. Jean-Pierre Sbraire has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he worked as Deputy Chief Financial Officer. He also worked as Treasurer of the company from September 2016 to September 2017. Previously, he was the Vice President, Equity Crude Acquisitions in Trading & Shipping of the company. He also served as the Senior Vice President, E&P Subsidiaries Financial Operations at the company. Mr. Sbraire also worked as the General Secretary and Finance Manager for TOTAL in Venezuela in 2005.
