Mr. Haruo Nagamatsu has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. Earlier, he served as the Director, Senior Executive Officer and Unit Director of Infrastructure Business Unit of the company. Mr. Nagamatsu served as the Senior Executive Officer and Unit Director of the Infrastructure Business Unit of the company. He also served as an Executive Officer; the Deputy Unit Director of Infrastructure Business Unit; and General Manager of Infrastructure Project Division of the company. He served as the Managing Director of Toyo Engineering & Construction Sdn. Bhd. He joined the company in 1981.

Mr. Eiji Hosoi has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Executive Officer and Director of the Plant Business Unit at the company. Earlier, he served as the Senior Executive Officer, Deputy Unit Director of the Plant Business Unit and General Manager of Project Division at the company. Mr. Hosoi also served as the Executive Officer and President Director of PT. Inti Karya Persada Tehnik.

Mr. Kensuke Waki has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company in 2018. He served as an Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Finance and Accounting Division of the company in 2017; and an Executive Officer and General Manager of Finance and Accounting Division in 2016. Earlier, he served as the General Manager of Finance and Accounting Division of the company in 2014; and General Manager of Accounting Department, Finance and Accounting Division in 2007. He joined the company in 1983.

Mr. Noriyoshi Torigoe has been a Director, the Senior Executive Officer and the Chief Compliance Office of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Executive Officer and Advisor of the company. Previously, he served as the Managing Executive Officer and Head of Project Department of the company; an Executive Officer and Head of Project Department; and a Senior Advisor of the company during 2017-2018. He served as an Advisor at Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corporation for Transport & Urban Development; and Deputy Managing Director at MODEC Inc. He served as an Executive Officer and the Chief Internal Auditor for the Americas at Komatsu Economic and Strategy Research Center.
