Mr. Steven C. Lockard has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2004 to 2020, Member of the Board since 2004. Mr. Lockard has also served as the Vice President of Satloc from 1997 to 1999, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Founding Officer of ADFlex Solutions from 1993 to 1997 and as the Board Member and Chairman of American Wind Energy Association for ten years. He held various Marketing and Management positions including which include Business Unit Manager, Corporate Market Development Manager and Marketing/Applications Engineer at Rogers Corporation from 1982 to 1993. Currently, he serves as an Operating Partner with Angeleno Group and SCF Partners and Chairman of the Board of Keystone Tower Systems.

Mr. William E. Siwek has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2013 to May 2019, Chief Financial Officer at T.W. Lewis Company, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Talisker Mountain from January 2009 to April 2010. Mr. Siwek also served as the President and Chief Financial Officer of the Lyle Anderson Company from December 2002 to December 2008.

Mr. Ryan Miller has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Avionics Division at Collins Aerospace from 2018 to 2022, Vice President and Controller of Commercial Systems Division at Rockwell Collins from April 2017 to November 2018; Vice President in Investor Relations Division from October 2013 to April 2017 and also other leadership roles at Rockewell Collins. Mr. Miller also worked for Deloitte & Touche LLP in public accounting in various audit roles.

Mr. Charles Stroo has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Power & Controls Operations. Mr. Stroo also served as the Vice President of Avionics Operations.

Mr. Theo Gibson has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since September 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer of Enterprise Applications at Honeywell. Mr. Gibson also served as the Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer Process Solutions; led the Information Technology for Build and EMEAI for the Aerospace Division on an expat assignment in Switzerland. He held various leadership roles in Information Technology for multiple divisions from 1999 to 2012. He also served in Management roles at for Coca Cola and AMP Inc.
