Mr. Kurt D. Barton has been an Executive Vice President, the Chief Financial Officer and the Treasurer of the company since February 2019. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and the Controller at the company. Earlier, he served as a Vice President, Controller and Secretary of the company. Prior to that, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Mitsubishi Motors North America from 2019 to 2020.
