Mr. Jeremy Weir has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Management Board Director, Head of Risk and Chief Executive Officer of Galena Asset Management and Trafigura Mining Group. He has over 30 years of experience in commodity and commodity derivative markets. Mr. Weir joined the Trafigura Group in 2001 as Head of metals derivatives, structured products and risk management. Before joining the company, he worked with N.M. Rothschild for nine years.

Mr. Christophe Salmon has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2015. He joined Trafigura in 2012 from BNP Paribas. After an active national service with the French Navy, Christophe started his career with credit insurance group Euler Hermes in France. In 1995, he joined BNP Paribas in the internal audit department, moving to the energy and commodities finance division in 2001 and further served as Head of the commodity finance department for EMEA.

Ms. Emma Stroud has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Global Head of Energy and Bulk Deals Desk of the company. Ms. Stroud also served as the FX operations for Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Ignacio Moyano has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Global Co-Head of LNG and Gas, and Head of Oil, Asia of the company. Previously, he served the Merrill Lynch in London as a Gas and Electricity Trader
