Mr. Jeremy D. Thigpen is the Chairman of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he was the Director of the company from 2015 to 2025. He was also the Chief Executive Officer of Transocean. Mr. Thigpen was also the President of Transocean. He also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at National Oilwell Varco Inc from 2012 to 2015. Before this, he was the President of Downhole and Pumping Solutions business at the company from 2007 to 2012. He was also the President of Downhole Tools group at the company from 2003 to 2007.

Mr. Keelan I. Adamson has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2025. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, from 2018 to 2022; as Senior Vice President of Operations from October 2017 to July 2018 and as Senior Vice President, Operations Integrity and HSE, from June 2015 to October 2017 at the company. Mr. Adamson joined Transocean in 1995 and held leadership roles in Sales and Marketing, Well Construction and Technology, and as the Managing Director for the company's business in North America, Canada and Trinidad.

Mr. R. Thaddeus Vayda has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasurer at the company. Mr. Vayda also served as the Vice President of Investor Relations and Communications from March 2012 to June 2014.

Mr. Jason Pack has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Audit Executive of the company from 2018 to 2024. He also served as Vice President of Internal Audit at National Oilwell Varco. Mr. Pack held several roles including Vice President of Finance Drilling and Intervention, Vice President of Finance Africa, and Global Controller Downhole. He was also served as Senior Controller at NQL Drilling Tools Inc.

Mr. Brady K. Long has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, He was the Director of Transocean Partners LLC from May 2016 to December 2016. He also served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel from November 2015 to March 2018 of the company. Mr. Long also served as the Vice President and Secretary of Ensco plc. He was also the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Pride International Inc. Previously, Mr. Long worked as the Assistant General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Pride International Inc from 2006 to 2009.
