Mr. Adam D. Portnoy has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the company since 2019. Previously, he held various positions in the finance industry and public sector, including as a banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and ABN AMRO, served as the Chief Executive Officer of a telecommunications company and worked in private equity at the International Finance Corporation (a member of The World Bank Group) and DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. He also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of The RMR Group LLC and the Managing Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of The RMR Group Inc.

Ms. Debi Boffa has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. She served as President of both bp's Retail Operating Organization and Thorntons LLC. She has 25 years of experience with bp and has worked across many sectors, including engineering, retail, sales, marketing and operations.

Mr. Peter J. Crage has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Treasurer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Diamond Resorts. Previously, he also worked as the Chief Financial Officer of Seaworld Entertainment Inc and as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cedar Fair Entertainment Company.

Mr. Sandy Rapp has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President, Information Technology of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer at the Timken Company.

Mr. Richards has been the President of the company since 2018. Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President from 2010 to 2017. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2020 and Chief Senior Vice President, Food Operations from 2008 to 2009, Vice President, Restaurants from 2007 to 2008 and as a Regional Vice President from 2007 to 2007. Earlier, he was also a senior vice president of RMR LLC from 2018 to 2020.
