Mr. Jiang Bo has been the Chairman of the company since 2025.

Mr. Li Jinsong has been the Vice General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as the Chief Accountant of China Academy of Machinery Science and Technology from March 2014 to September 2016, the General Counsel of the company from December 2008 to March 2014. Prior to this, Mr. Jinsong served as the General Manager of department of Corporate Audit Monitoring and Law Affairs at China TravelSky Holding Company. Earlier, he served as the Associate Professor and a member of the academic committee of Beijing National Accounting Institute from February 2004 to March 2007. He also served as the Accountant of Xinhua Accounting Firm from March 2002 to February 2004, General Manager of China Huaqing Industrial Corporation from September 2000 to March 2002. Earlier, Mr. Jinsong served as the General Manager of Liaoning Huaqing Inc from September 1995 to September 2000, Manager of the investment management of China Huaqing Industrial Corp from August 1990 to September 1995.

Mr. Yu Xiaochun has been the Secretary of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Head of the planning and development from 2009 to 2013, and as the General Manager of the planning and development of China TravelSky Holding Co from 2002 to 2009. Previously, he served as the Deputy Director of marketing, General Manager of the DCS and the Deputy General Manager of the Marketing of China from 2000 to 2002, and Deputy Director of marketing of Civil Aviation Computer Information Center from 1999 to 2000.

Mr. Liu Xianqing has been the Chief Senior Accountant for the company since September 2024. Prior to this, he also served as a member of the Party Committee and the Chief Accountant of China GRINM Group Corporation Limited from June 2018 to August 2024.
