Mr. Steven Oakland has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the President and Vice Chairman of U.S. Food and Beverage of The J.M. Smucker Company. He served as the President of Coffee and Foodservice division of Smucker’s from 2015 to 2016; President of International Food Service division Smucker’s from 2011 to 2015; and the President of U.S. Retail-Smucker’s Jif, and Hungry Jack from 2008 to 2011. Previously, he held various senior positions at Smucker’s, including the General Manager of its Canadian operations from 1995 to 1999.

Mr. Patrick O'Donnell has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Interim Chief Financial Officer from June 2022 to April 2023. Previously he served as Chief Accounting Officer of the company.

Mr. Steve Landry has been the Chief Operations Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operations Officer at Country Pure Foods. Previously, he held a various operations leadership roles at The J.M. Smucker Company. Earlier, he also served at Proctor & Gamble.

Mr. Amit Philip has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Global Analytics & Insights at The Hershey Company. Previously, he served as a Management Consultant at A.T. Kearney.

Mr. Scott Tassani has been the Executive Vice President, Business President and Chief Commercial Officer since February 2024. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Meati Inc. from December 2021 to January 2024. Mr. Tassani held various leadership roles at General Mills and most recently served as President and Chief Customer Officer from January 2017 until August 2021.
