Mr. Chang Ming-Jang has been the Chairman of the company since 2005. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company from 1997 to 2005. Previously, he served as the President at Trend Micro Incorporated, the USA. He also worked as an Engineer at Hewlett-Packard.

Ms. Eva Chen has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since 2005. She served as the Chief Technology Officer from 2002 to 2004, Director of Technology Development division from 1997 to 2002, and an Executive Vice President of the company from 1988 to 1996.

Mr. Mahendra Negi has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Director of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2014, Director of Financial Accounting division from 2001 to 2002 of the company. He also worked at Merrill Lynch Japan Securities Co. Ltd. Mr. Negi joined the company in 2000.

Mr. Akihiko Omikawa has been the Executive Vice President, Director and General Manager of Japan Region, Global IoT business unit of the company since 2023. He also serves as the General Manager of Global Consumer business unit of the company. Earlier, he served as the Sales Manager at Japan Digital Equipment Corporation. Previously, he held various leadership positions including Director of Sales, Director of Enterprise Business Operations, General Business Managing Director, and Executive Board Member at Microsoft. Mr. Omikawa joined the company in 2003.

Mr. Kevin Simzer has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served in several roles including Chief Marketing Officer of Global Alliances and Corporate Development and Strategy at Trend Micro. Prior to this, Mr. Simzer served as the Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Engineering for Entrust (currently Entrust-Datacard). He worked in various product development positions at Nortel. Mr. Simzer served as a Director of Certes Networks and Entrust.
