Mr. Steven J. Gilbert has been the Chairman of the company since 2013. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Gilbert Global Equity Partners, L.P., and a Director of Fairholme Funds and MBIA, Inc. Mr. Gilbert also serves as a Director of Oaktree Capital Group, and the Vice Chairman of MidOcean Equity Partners, LP, and Managing Director of Raptor Sports Capital. Prior to this, he worked for Commonwealth Capital Partners, as the Managing Director from 1988 to 1992. Previously, he served as the Director of SDCL EDGE from 2021 to 2022. He also served as the Vice Chairman of Stone Tower Capital from 2007 to 2012, the Senior Managing Director and Chairman of Sun Group (USA). Mr. Gilbert was Founder and Managing General Partner of Soros Capital L.P. from 1992 to 1997.

Mr. Douglas F. Bauer has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2013. He held 25 years of experience in the real estate finance, development, and homebuilding industry.

Mr. Glenn J. Keeler has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Controller of STEC, Inc. He also served as a Director of Finance and Controller of Lantronix, Inc. Previously, he worked at Ernst and Young, LLP for six years and served clients in technology, real estate, and manufacturing industries.

Mr. Thomas J. Mitchell has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2013. Previously, he worked at The Irvine Company and Pacific Savings Bank. Earlier, he served as an Executive Vice President of William Lyon Homes. Mr. Mitchell also has experience in entitlement and development, project planning, product design, construction operations, finance, customer satisfaction and warranty services.

Ms. Urmila Menon has been the Chief Innovation Officer of the company since June 2024. Prior to this she served as the Chief Technology Officer at ATI Restoration.
