Mr. Steven W. Berglund has been the Chairman of the company since January 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 1999 to 2019. He also served as the President of Spectra Precision. He served in various senior leadership positions with Spectra-Physics and planning and manufacturing roles at Varian Associates. He served as the Process Engineer at Eastman Kodak. Earlier, he served as the member of the board of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group and the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) and as the Chairman of AEM’s construction sector board. He is also the member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Belden Inc.

Mr. Robert G. Painter has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President of the Trimble Buildings. He also served as the General Manager of the company’s joint venture with Hilti, the General Manager of the company’s Construction Service division. He held various managerial and finance positions at Cenveo, Rapt Inc., Bain & Company, Whole Foods Markets, and Kraft Foods. Mr. Painter joined the company in 2006.

Mr. David G. Barnes has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of MWH Global Inc from 2009 to 2016. He also served as the leader on the committee of MHW into Stantec from 2016 to 2017. Previously, he held financial leadership positions at Western Union, Coors, and YUM Brands. Mr. Barnes also serves as the board member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of CSG Systems International.

Ms. Julie Shepard has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2017. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Finance division. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Finance and the Corporate Controller of Quantum Corporation. Currently, she is a member of the AICPA, Financial Executive Institute, and the SASB Alliance. She has over 30 years of experience in various financial roles.

Ms. Jennifer Lin has been the Chief Platform Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this she served as the Vice President of Product at Google. Previously, she served various roles at Contrail Systems, Cisco Systems, Intel.
