Mr. David C Hodgson has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as Chairman of Johns Hopkins Medicine and Director of DHI Group. Currently, he serves as a Director of Johns Hopkins HealthCare and Johns Hopkins Medicine International; the Chairman of the Manhattan Theater Club; and Director of Royalty Pharma and Alignment Healthcare. He is also the Director of Howden Group; and the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of General Atlantic.

Mr. Michael Q Simonds has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Unum Group. He was also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Unum US, a business unit of Unum Group. Earlier, he served as the consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Ms. Mala Murthy has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2025. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Teladoc Health. Prior to this, Ms. Murthy held several senior executive positions at American Express, including Chief Financial Officer of its Global Commercial Services segment. Prior to this, she served in FP&A, Treasury, and Corporate Development and Strategy leadership positions at PepsiCo.

Mr. Sidney Majalya has been the Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President and Secretary of the company since September 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of the company. He also served as Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, and Deputy General Counsel at Binance.US. Mr. Majalya also held senior leadership roles at Intel, Uber Technologies and Oracle.

Ms. Catherine Wragg has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2017. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Giorgio Armani Corporation. Prior to this, Ms. Wragg served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at A|X Armani Exchange. She also served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Tower Group International, Ltd.
