Mr. Michael A. Slubowski has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this role, Mr. Slubowski served as the system's President and Chief Operating Officer. He served as the President and the CEO of Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System, and as the President of Health Networks at Trinity Health prior to its merger with Catholic Health East. Mr. Slubowski also served in various executive leadership roles at health systems including Henry Ford Health System; Samaritan Health Services; and Providence Hospital in Southfield.

Mr. Daniel P. Isacksen, Jr. has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Regional Chief Financial Officer of Loyola Medicine in Maywood, Illinois; Chief Financial Officer for Alexian Brothers Health System – Physician Enterprise (Ascension Health; Controller for St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates, Illinois; and in several financial leadership positions at Loyola University Health System and Medical Center. He has also worked at Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

Mr. Benjamin R. Carter is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President of Systems and the Chief Financial Officer of the company. He also served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Detroit Medical Center; various executive-level positions at Oakwood Healthcare in Dearborn, Michigan and at Plante Moran in Southfield, Michigan.

Mr. Ray Anderson has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for Ascension Texas. Mr. Anderson also served as a Strategic Advisor in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Ms. Linda Ross has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of mergers and acquisitions counsel at Trinity Health from 2016 till August 2018. Ms. Ross alos served as the Chair of Health Care Department, and the Head of the Corporate Department Health Care Practice Group at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP. She joined as a partner in Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP in 1994.
