Ms. E. Jean Savage has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of the Surface Mining & Technology division of Caterpillar from 2017 to 2020. Previously, she served at Caterpillar as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of the Innovation and Technology Development division from 2014 to 2017. She served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Locomotive and Railcar Services business unit for Caterpillar's subsidiary Progress Rail Services from 2009 to 2014. Earlier, Ms. Savage served as the Vice President for Quality and Continuous Improvement at Progress Rail Services since 2002. She also served as Vice President of Progress Rail’s Freight Car Repair, Parts and Quality divisions. She served in various roles at Parker Hannifin Corp and U.S. Army Reserves.

Mr. Eric R. Marchetto has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and President of TrinityRail. Earlier, Mr. Marchetto served as the Chief Financial Officer and President of TrinityRail.

Mr. W. Relle Howard has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Information Technology at Flowserve Corp. Previously, Mr. Howard served as the Director of Manufacturing Information Technology at Celanese Chemicals. Earlier, he also served at Alcatel and the United States Army.

Ms. Sarah R. Teachout serves as the Chief Legal Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and the Chief Legal Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of the company. Ms. Teachout served as the Partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from 2012 to 2015, and Partner at Haynes and Boone LLP since 2007.

Mr. Steven L. McDowell has been the Vice President and Chief Audit Executive of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of the company since 2017 and Vice President and Chief Audit Executive of the company since 2013. Mr. McDowell also served as the Vice President of Internal Audit and Risk Management of Dean Foods from 2007 to 2013. He also served as the Vice President of Internal Audit at Centex Corp.
