Mr. James Jianzhang Liang has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. He is one of the Co-Founders of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2013 to 2016 and from 2000 to 2006. Prior to founding the company, he held number of technical and managerial positions at Oracle Corporation from 1991 to 1999 in the US and China, including Head of ERP Consulting division of Oracle China from 1997 to 1999.

Mr. Gabriel Li has been the Vice Chairman of the company since August 2003. He also serves as the Managing Director and Investment Committee Member of Orchid Asia Group Management and Director of Nirvana Asia Ltd, Sangfor Technologies Inc and Qeeka Home (Cayman) Inc. Prior to Orchid Asia, Mr. Li served as the Managing Director at the Carlyle Group in Hong Kong, overseeing Asian technology investments. Previously, he served as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Co in Hong Kong and Los Angeles.

Ms. Jane Jie Sun has been a Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she served in various positions at the company including as Co-President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, she served as the Head of the SEC and External Reporting division of Applied Materials, Inc. She also worked with KPMG LLP as an Audit Manager in Silicon Valley, California for five years.

Mr. Min Fan has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2013 and its President since February 2009. He is one of the Co-Founders of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from January 2006 to February 2013, Chief Operating Officer from November 2004 to January 2006 and Executive Vice President from 2000 to 2004. He worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Shanghai Travel Service Company from 1997 to 2000. He also served as a Deputy General Manager and in a number of other senior positions at Shanghai New Asia Hotel Management Company. Presently, he serves as Director of Leju Holdings Limited.

Ms. Cindy Xiaofan Wang has been an Executive Vice President of the company since May 2016 and its Chief Financial Officer since November 2013. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Finance of the company from 2008 to 2013. Prior to joining the company, she was the Finance Manager of China eLabs and Audit Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers ZhongTian CPAs Limited.
