Mr. James Jianzhang Liang has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2013 to 2016. Prior to this, he held various technical and managerial positions at Oracle Corporation in the US and China from 1991 to 1999, including Head of the ERP Consulting Division of Oracle China from 1997 to 1999.

Mr. Gabriel Li has been the Vice Chairman of the company since August 2003. He also serves as the Managing Director and Investment Committee Member of Orchid Asia Group Management and Director of Nirvana Asia Ltd, Sangfor Technologies Inc and Qeeka Home (Cayman) Inc. Prior to Orchid Asia, Mr. Li served as the Managing Director at the Carlyle Group in Hong Kong, overseeing Asian technology investments. Previously, he served as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Co in Hong Kong and Los Angeles.

Ms. Jane Jie Sun has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2016. Previously, she served in various positions at the company, including as Co-President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, she served as the Head of the SEC and External Reporting Division of Applied Materials, Inc. Earlier, Ms. Sun served at KPMG LLP as an Audit Manager in Silicon Valley, California, for five years.

Ms. Cindy Xiaofan Wang has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2016. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Finance of the company from 2008 to 2013. Prior to this, she served as the Finance Manager of China eLabs. Earlier, Ms. Wang served as an Audit Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers ZhongTian CPAs Limited.
