Mr. John Srivisal has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2023. He serves as a Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this he served as a Senior Vice President for Business Development and Finance from 2020 to 2023, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Chief Integration Officer from 2019 to 2020 at Tronox Holdings Plc. Previously he served at Quinpario Acquisition, Solutia Inc, Rothschild.

Mr. Michael Miller has been the Chief Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Chief Information Officer for Fusion Connect. He has also held multiple executive positions including Chief Integration Officer at NetFortris, Chief Marketing Officer at Renesys Corp, and Head of Security for Global Crossing.

Mr. Emad AlJunaidi has been the Chief Procurement Officer of the company since April 2019. Prior to this, he served at Cristal, which was acquired by Tronox.
